What did I do to stop cravings for snacks

I quit potato chips long time ago, below is my approach to stop taking that.

  • Not buying at all

Which is harder? To resist my cravings for a bag of potato chips while the bag is just sitting there 15 times a day, or to determine not to buy it at all at the grocery store, perhaps just 1 time a week?

  • Mixed feelings

How about getting drunk and eating something you really like? Like half bottle of vodka, neat, and then having half bag of potato chips?

I feel it’s much easier to quit both once the potato chips come out my mouth when throwing up.

  • All at once

The third way I tried is to have a buffet style of potato chips. Having a couple of family packs in front of me, set a timer that I have to finish them all in 90 minutes or so. The heartburn it gave me made me quit those snacks almost immediately.
